I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14033 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR MAPLE STREET EMERGENCY <br />SHELTER AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM <br />(SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY) <br />WHEREAS, Shelter Network of San Mateo County (Contractor) conducts a <br />emergency shelter, transitional housing, and comprehensive support services for <br />homeless individuals who reside in the City of Redwood City (the Program); and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br />the Program during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br />allocate to Contractor, the sum of Fourteen Thousand seven Hundred and no /100 Dollars <br />($14,700) from its Community Development Block Grant Funds for the foregoing <br />purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement providing for such funding has been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve said <br />agreement and authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
