Appoint Andrew Gold as Redwood City representative on the Peninsula Library System's <br />Advisory Board for a term to expire June 30, 2000; <br /> <br />C. Accept the Redwood Shores Bike Path Improvements Project, and authorize the release of <br />bonds (MCH General Engineering); <br />
