Approve the minutes of the July 21 Board of Equalization meeting adjourned to July 28, <br />1997 due to the lack of a quorum, and the minutes of the July 28, 1997 Closed Session, <br />Board of Equalization meeting and regular Council meeting, as submitted; <br /> <br />B. Approve the corrections to the July 14, 1997 Minutes as submitted; <br /> <br />C.
