Mayor Hartnett will present a Proclamation declaring Red Ribbon Week in Redwood City, <br />October 23 -31, 1996, which describes City sponsored anti-drug programs and activities, <br />and urges parents, guardians and friends to join our children in supporting anti-drug <br />education and positive alternatives throughout our community; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If <br />you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card and give it to Council <br />Volunteer Art Balsamo.
