MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> July 1, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-170 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: July 2, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to approve the Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br /> with Pacific Shores Development, LLC <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 1,2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Pierce, Hartnett, Jordan <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Howard, Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Jordan/Hartnett Motion to approve the Landscape Maintenance Agreement with <br />Pacific Shores Development, LLC, a Delaware limited Partnership (PSD) in lieu <br />of the creation or assumption of the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance <br />District, for the maintenance of the landscape improvements along Seaport <br />Boulevard as depicted on the attached map (Pacific Shores Development, LLC); <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
