<br />DES:d;.k 03/16/93 <br /> <br />(055/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />3/22/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11955 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />"ARTS AND WINE FESTIVAL" <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />letter <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />issued <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Merchants Group for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> <br />connection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Arts <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Wine <br /> <br />Festival <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />held <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />September 18 and September 19, 1993, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br /> <br />Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
