DES:dj1r 08/04/92 (095/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L x/17/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11810 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RELATED FIELD <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR VARIOUS CITY PROJECTS <br /> (KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City requires construction <br /> management and related field engineering services for various <br /> projects in the City of Redwood City (the "Projects" ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , Kennedy/Jenks Consultants , of Palo Alto, California <br /> represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br /> Projects; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Construction <br /> Management and Field Engineering Services for Various City <br /> Projects" (form dated 08/04/92) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, for the performance of the <br /> above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
