JAH: dft 7/27/92 (014/30) <br /> ORIGINAL 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11805 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY COVERING THE <br /> USE OF CERTAIN BOND FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Between the City <br /> of Redwood City and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City Covering the Use of Certain Bond Funds" , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof , is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br /> thereto , respectively , said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br />
