DES:mg' 07/23/92 (053/30) <br /> ORIGINAL 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11803 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain letter agreement entitled, "Agreement for <br /> Affirmative Action Consulting Services" by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, and Milton L. Kelly, Consultant, for the <br /> performance of consulting services relating to the development <br /> and implementation of the Affirmative Action Plan of the Fire <br /> Department of the City of Redwood City, a copy of which letter <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br />
