DES:djk n7/16/92 (086/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11798 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-1 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br /> 91-1 (3218 Oak Knoll Drive) in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br /> by Horizon Survey and Land Development, Land Surveyor, for Weslan <br /> Development, Inc. , a California corporation, the owner of record <br /> of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer <br /> as conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 91-1" (form dated 07/16/92) wherein Owner , in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />
