DES:djv 07/27/92 (068/24) <br /> ORIGINAL 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11796 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> "SUNFLOWER FESTIVAL" <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Redwood City <br /> Downtown Association for the use of certain public rights-of-way <br /> in connection with the Sunflower Festival (Arts and Wine) <br /> September 25 through September 27 , 1992 , in the form of Exhibits <br /> "A" and "B" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br /> public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br /> to Vehicle Code Section 21100 , and the Chief of Police is hereby <br /> authorized to issue said permit. <br />
