DES:dk 06/29/92 (092/28) <br /> O R I G I N A L 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11791 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PRIME COMPUTER FOR FISCAL <br /> YEAR 1992-93 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Master Service Agreement" <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> of the State of California and Prime Computer, Inc. , a copy of <br /> which agreement, marked Exhibit "A" , is attached hereto and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein, providing for the City' s <br /> Prime 6450 computer maintenance services for fiscal year 1992-93 , <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br /> A and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the <br /> purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City <br /> Attorney) . <br />
