DES:d-i k 06/24/92 (072/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11788 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR COST ALLOCATION RELATING TO INSTALLATION <br /> OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM FOR POLICE FACILITY <br /> (COUNTY OF SAN MATEO) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct and <br /> install certain interior and exterior cable for telephone and <br /> data communications pursuant to those certain plans and <br /> specifications entitled, "Telecommunications System for the New <br /> Police Facility" (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Project mutually benefits the City and the <br /> County of San Mateo ("County") in certain respects; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed a proposed agreement <br /> between the City and County pursuant to which the County shall <br /> pay the City for its proportionate share of the costs of <br /> construction of the Project, based upon benefit conferred thereby <br /> to County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY as <br /> follows: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Cost <br /> Allocation - Telecommunications System (Redwood City Police <br /> Facility) " (form dated 06/24/92) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State <br /> of California, pursuant to which the County shall compensate the <br /> City for its proportionate share of the costs of the Project <br /> based upon benefits thereby conferred upon the County, a copy of <br />
