DES:(ik 07/15/92 (085/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11786 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE <br /> PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER, FIRE FIGHTER- <br /> LIGHT DUTY, AND FIRE CAPTAIN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11502 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Effective July 1 , 1992 , the monthly salary rates in <br /> dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br /> Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A <br /> for the designated steps thereof for the period July 1 , 1992 to <br /> and including December 31 , 1992 . <br /> 2 . Effective January 1 , 1993 , the monthly salary rates in <br /> dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br /> Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit B <br /> for the designated steps thereof for the period commencing <br /> January 1 , 1993 . <br /> 3 . Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br /> in the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter- <br /> Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A shall be <br /> compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary <br />
