DES:c3ik 06/29/92 (023/26) <br /> O R I G I N A L 7/6/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11781 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> (NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST) , INC. ) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Maintenance Service <br /> Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California and NEC Business <br /> Communication Systems (West) , Inc . , a copy of which agreement, <br /> marked Exhibit "A" , is attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein, providing for telephone maintenance services <br /> for the City of Redwood City, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br /> substantially in the form of Exhibit A and/or such other <br /> appropriate documents to effectuate the purpose of said agreement <br /> (in form approved by the City Attorney) . <br />
