DES:01k 06/23/92 (070/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 7/6/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11773 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR WATER <br /> TRANSMISSION PIPELINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS , contract documents for the Water Transmission <br /> Pipeline Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Water Transmission Pipeline Replacement Project <br /> - City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the Department <br /> of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
