DES:d'k 06/16/92 (067/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 6/29/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11772 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 017 UNDER MASTER AGREEMENT FOR <br /> LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID FOR URBAN TRANSPORTATION <br /> SYSTEM PROJECTS FOR RAILROAD - HIGHWAY CROSSINGS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into a Master <br /> Agreement for Federal-Aid Program on October 3 , 1977 pursuant to <br /> the Federal-Aid For Urban System Projects with the State of <br /> California; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of <br /> Article II of the aforementioned agreement, this Council seeks <br /> funding for transportation system repairs, including railroad - <br /> highway crossings along Seaport Boulevard/Blomquist Street in the <br /> City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 017 to the aforementioned <br /> agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has been presented <br /> to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Program Supplement No. 017 to the Master Agreement for <br /> Federal-Aid Program entered into by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and the State of California, Department of <br /> Transportation, on October 3 , 1977 , in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> 11772 <br />
