DES- jk 06/22/92 (068/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11770 6/29/92 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR EMERALD LAKE HILLS <br /> WATER SERVICE AREA <br /> (BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK & ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City proposes to modify certain <br /> water storage and pumping facilities serving portions of the <br /> City' s Emerald Lake Hills Water Service Area, a portion of which <br /> is located in the unincorporated territory of San Mateo County <br /> (the "Project" ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional <br /> consulting engineering services relating to the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates , Consulting <br /> Engineers, represents that they are qualified to perform such <br /> services and this Council desires to enter into an agreement <br /> therefor; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - For Consulting <br /> Engineering Services - (Emerald Lake Hills Water Service Area <br /> Improvements) " (form dated 06/22/92) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates, of Redwood City, California, <br /> for the performance of the above-described professional services, <br /> a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> 11770 <br />
