DES : df" 6/24/92 (032/31) <br /> O R I G I N A L <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 11769 6/29/92 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING COUNTY CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> MATEO TO RENDER SPECIFIED ELECTION SERVICES FOR GENERAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION CONSOLIDATED WITH STATEWIDE GENERAL <br /> ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 3 , 1992 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Pursuant to the provisions of Section 22203 of the <br /> California Elections Code, this Council does hereby request the <br /> Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo to permit the <br /> County Clerk of said County to render services as required for <br /> the conduct of the General Municipal Election of the City of <br /> Redwood City which is to be consolidated with the Statewide <br /> General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 3 , 1992 , for the <br /> purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said City of <br /> Redwood City the matter of election of four (4) councilmembers <br /> for the full term of four (4) years each. <br /> 2 . In consideration of the performance of the services and <br /> supplies to be provided by said County Clerk, the City of Redwood <br /> City shall pay to said County Clerk a sum equal to the actual <br /> cost of such services and supplies . <br /> 3 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of <br /> Supervisors of the County of San Mateo. <br /> 11769 <br />
