DES: 05/18/92 (049/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 6/8/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11761 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 , as amended (Cal. <br /> Gov' t. C. Sections 81000 , et seq. ) , requires every state or local <br /> government agency to adopt and promulgate a Conflict of Interest <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9007 , adopted November 23 , 1981 , <br /> this Council adopted a Conflict of Interest Code for the City of <br /> Redwood City, by adopting by reference the terms of 2 Cal. Code <br /> of Regs . Section 18730 , as said section may, from time to time be <br /> amended, and by also approving as Exhibits thereto, disclosure <br /> categories for certain designated positions within the various <br /> departments of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Exhibits describing the disclosure categories <br /> for the designated positions have been revised to reflect current <br /> personnel status; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, as the Code-reviewing body for the <br /> City of Redwood City, has determined that the attached Exhibits <br /> "A-L" , inclusive, accurately set forth those positions and <br /> corresponding disclosure categories which should be designated in <br /> the appendix to the Conflict of Interest Code of the City of <br /> Redwood City for each of the departments specified in said <br /> Exhibits; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br />
