DES:d-ik 05/08/92 (046/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 5/18/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11750 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GARDENIA <br /> PARK I SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br /> TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; ACCEPTING OFFER <br /> TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 11340 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain final subdivision map (including any <br /> dedications of easements described therein) entitled, "Gardenia <br /> Park I Subdivision, " prepared by Cannis Consulting Engineers , <br /> consultants for the Plymouth Group, a California corporation, the <br /> owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ( "City" ) for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers , as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Gardenia Park I Subdivision" , (form dated <br /> 05/08/92) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br />
