DES:dj1r 05/07/92 (045/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 5/18/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11749 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-9 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain parcel map (including any dedications of <br /> easements described therein) identified as Parcel Map No. 91-9 <br /> (377 Roble Avenue) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> Bohley/Maley Associates, Civil Engineers for Stephen C. Hull and <br /> Kay Rusk Hull, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and <br /> accepted subject to the following conditions : <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City" ) for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 91-9" (form dated 05/07/92) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br />
