DAL: dft 5/04/92 (047/30) <br /> O R I G I N A L 5/11/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11747 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING TO <br /> DOWNTOWN ENTRY AND PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET AREAS <br /> (FREEDMAN TUNG AND BOTTOMLEY) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Consulting <br /> Design Architectural Services" (form dated 05/04/92) by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California and Freedman Tung & Bottomley , of San <br /> Francisco, California, for the design of Downtown Entry and a <br /> portion of Hamilton Street area improvements , a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to execute , and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
