DES :di1 03/23/92 (028/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 4/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11731 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> COMMUNICATIONS CONDUITS FOR PROPOSED POLICE FACILITY; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the construction and <br /> installation of communications conduits for the proposed Redwood <br /> City Police Facility have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for Communications Conduits for the Proposed Police <br /> Facility -- City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
