DES:d-;k 03/17/92 (025/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 3/23/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11716 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING <br /> THE CITY/COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain amendment entitled "Amendment No. 2 to Joint <br /> Powers Agreement Establishing the City/County Association of <br /> Governments" (form dated 03/17/92) , a copy of which Amendment No. <br /> 2 is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said Amendment No. 2 for an on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br />
