DES:djk 03/09/92 (021/32) <br /> DES:djl )3/23/92R <br /> ORIGINAL 3/23/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11714 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE PARKWAY VEHICLE <br /> BRIDGE AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT <br /> PERTAINING THERETO <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Redwood Shores Properties , a California joint <br /> venture general partnership, entitled "Agreement for Construction <br /> of Marine Parkway Vehicle Bridge" , (form dated 03/23/92R) , a copy <br /> of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute said agreement and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> 2 . Upon completion of construction an acceptance by this <br /> Council of the Improvements defined and described in the <br /> aforementioned agreement, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to accept and record a grant of easement (approved as to <br /> form by the City Attorney) for public street and bridge purposes <br /> in and to all of that certain real property described in said <br /> agreement. <br />
