DES:0-;k 01/22/92 (010/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 3/23/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11710 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE <br /> REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF UNDERGROUND FUEL TANKS AT <br /> FIRE STATIONS NOS . 11 AND 12 <br /> (WAHLER ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional <br /> consulting engineering services for the preparation of plans and <br /> specifications for the removal and replacement of underground <br /> fuel tanks at Fire Stations Nos. 11 and 12; and <br /> WHEREAS, Wahler Associates , Consulting Engineers, represents <br /> that they are qualified to perform such services and this Council <br /> desires to enter into an agreement therefor; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - <br /> Consulting Engineering Services for the Removal and Replacement <br /> of Underground Fuel Tanks at Fire Stations Nos . 11 and 12" (form <br /> dated 01/22/92) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California and Wahler <br /> Associates, of Palo Alto, California, for the performance of the <br /> above-described professional services, a copy of which agreement <br /> is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
