DES:djk 12/02/91 (124/28) <br /> ORIGINAL 2/24/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11699 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS , PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> 1991-1992 ; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents, plans and specifications for <br /> the Main Street Improvement Project 1991-1992 have been presented <br /> to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents, <br /> Plans & Specifications for the Main Street Improvement Project <br /> 1991-1992 - City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
