8/14/00 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13975 _ <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE <br />12 COMPAQ SERVERS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br />California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) #3- 98- 70- 0037C, on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City, certain materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: 12 <br />Compaq Servers conforming to specifications of the Finance Department, IT <br />Division of the City of Redwood City. <br />2.
