(7-15-91) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11674 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE PENINSULA <br /> WHEREAS, Boys & Girls Club of The Peninsula, has been <br /> established for the principal purpose of providing a recreational <br /> and educational program for youth in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula requested financial <br /> assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 1991 and ending June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to Boys & Girls Club of the Peninsula the sum of EIGHT- <br /> THOUSAND AND NO/100 Dollars ($8,000.00) . <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Boys & Girls Club of <br /> the Peninsula and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
