DES:djk 19/16/91 (001/32) <br /> O R I C I N A L 1/13/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11665 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-3 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br /> 91-3 (9 Grand Avenue) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> MacLeod & Associates , Civil Engineers for Jesse and Lucille Mora, <br /> the owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined <br /> by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative parcel map <br /> for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel <br /> Map No. 91-3" (form dated 12/16/91) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> City, the subdivision regulations of said City, and such <br />
