<br />DES:djk 1[/30/90 (042/28) <br /> <br />o RIG I N A L <br /> <br />12/10/90 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 11453 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR BUS ROUTE <br />REHABILITATION PROGRAM - PHASE III <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo has implemented a program <br /> <br />for the reimbursement of costs incurred in repairing streets and <br /> <br />roads used by transit vehicles, as set forth in that certain <br /> <br />"Program for Rehabilitation of Streets Utilized by Transit <br /> <br />Vehicles" approved pursuant to Resolution No. 45633 adopted April <br /> <br />24, 1984 by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City has incurred costs in repairing bus <br /> <br />routes within its corporate limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement providing for the reimbursement of costs <br /> <br />incurred by the City in repairing bus routes, which agreement <br /> <br />this Council desires to approve; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the County of San Mateo, entitled "Agreement - Between <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City - Bus Route <br /> <br />Rehabilitation Program <br /> <br />Phase III", (form dated 11/30/90), <br /> <br />providing for the reimbursement to the City of costs incurred in <br /> <br />repairing bus routes, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor <br />
