AND JEAN C. BEEGER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Purchase of <br /> <br />Real Property" (form dated 11/30/90) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and William H. and Jean C. Beeger, as owners of that certain real <br /> <br />property described in said agreement, for the purchase of certain <br /> <br />real property in connection with the construction of improvements <br /> <br />for Chestnut Street, in the City of Redwood City, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, for and On behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
