<br />DES: d f t 1.1 / 15/ 90 ( 0 3 3 / 2 9 ) <br />DES:dft /19/90R <br /> <br />o RIG I N A L <br /> <br />11/19/90 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11448 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND JAMES RICE FOR HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> <br />James <br /> <br />Rice, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Historic <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Preservation" (form dated 10/15/90R) providing for the historic <br /> <br />preservation of property located at 439 Stambaugh Street, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, a copy of which agreement is On file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
