'. ..' <br />i "', . i.:~ ~ <br /> <br />NOV C b l~~U <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.l1440 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, MEZES, <br />SPINAS AND SHOREBIRD PARKS TENNIS COURTS RENOVATION AND <br />FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Landscape Architectural <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />Mezes, Spinas and Shorebird Parks Tennis Courts <br /> <br />Renovation and Facilities Improvements" (form dated 10/18/90), by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Singer and Hodges, Inc., <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
