<br />DES:djk 10/26/90 (033/28) <br /> <br />ani'.], <br /> <br />~ ".1 \, '".. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />J-4~3il <br />NO." <br /> <br />NOV 0 5 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO SEAPORT CENTRE WARRANTY REPAIRS <br /> <br />(KENNEDY/JENKS/CHILTON) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to repair certain <br /> <br />subsurface and surface <br /> <br />structures in the Seaport Centre <br /> <br />commercial complex located west of Seaport Boulevard and north of <br /> <br />Highway 101 in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this City requires certain professional consulting <br /> <br />engineering services relating to the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, of Palo Alto, California, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified, on the basis of experience and <br /> <br />expertise, <br /> <br />to perform the unique professional <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />engineering services required for the Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council a proposed agreement with the aforesaid consultant for <br /> <br />the performance of said services, and this Council desires to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />(Seaport <br /> <br />Centre <br /> <br />Warranty <br /> <br />Repairs)" (form dated 10/26/90) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />
