<br />DES:djk 10/03/90 (022/28) <br /> <br />OCT 1 5 1990 DHIGINAL <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 11 433 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TELEMETRY SYSTEM <br />DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br /> <br />(WESTIN ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City requires certain <br /> <br />engineering services for telemetry design and construction <br /> <br />administration relating to the City's water distribution and <br /> <br />storm/sanitary collection system facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westin Engineering, Inc. represents that it is <br /> <br />experienced in performing, and uniquely qualified to perform <br /> <br />expert consulting services for such purposes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Westin Engineering, Inc. entitled "Agreement for Engineering <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Telemetry <br /> <br />System <br /> <br />Design <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />Administration Services" (form dated 10/03/90) providing for the <br /> <br />engineering, design and construction administration services as <br /> <br />therein described, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
