8/14/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13969 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND <br />INSTALLATION OF IRRIGATION CENTRAL CONTROL <br />SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br />DEPOSITS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13919, adopted June 12, 2000, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Supply and Installation of Irrigation <br />Central Control System in the City of Redwood City, California; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS, Enhanced Technical Services of Pacheco, California is the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />award said bid to Enhanced Technical Services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
