<br />RES 0 L <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />OCT 1 5 1990 <br />UTI ON NO. 11419 <br /> <br />(7-15-90) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SERVICE LEAGUE OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County has been established <br /> <br />for the principal purpose of providing short term assistance to persons <br /> <br />recently released from correctional systems and their families in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Service League of San Mateo County has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br />desires to pay to Service League of San Mateo County the sum of <br /> <br />FIVE-THOUSAND FIVE-HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,500.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Service League of San <br /> <br />Mateo County, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />
