<br />RES 0 L UTI <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />: OCT 1 5 1990 <br />ON No.11414 <br /> <br />(7/15/90) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC. (HIP) <br />HOMESHARING HELP AND INFORMATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) is a private, <br /> <br />non-profit agency with the principal purpose of finding housing solutions <br />for residents of San Mateo County who cannot afford to buy a home or pay <br /> <br />market rents in this county; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP), has requested <br /> <br />financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay to the Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) a private, <br /> <br />non-profit agency the sum of TEN-THOUSAND AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10,000) <br /> <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Human Investment <br />Project, Inc. (HIP) and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />
