<br />ORlrI'~'I\, <br />li II 'UL <br /> <br />OCT 1 5 1990 <br /> <br />(7-15-90) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No.l1'lU9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE PENINSULA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boys & Girls Club Of The Peninsula, has been <br />established for the principal purpose of providing a recreational <br />and educational program for youth in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Boys & Girls Club Of the Peninsula requested financial <br /> <br />assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal <br /> <br />year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br />desires to pay to Boys & Girls Club Of The Peninsula the sum of EIGHT- <br /> <br />THOUSAND AND NO/100 Dollars ($8,000.00). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Boys & Girls Club of <br /> <br />the Peninsula and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOllOWS: <br />
