J 3.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TESTING <br />ENGINEERS, INC. FOR MATERIALS TESTING AND INSPECTION <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(STREET OVERLAY PROJECT 1989-91) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />services for construction inspection and materials testing for <br /> <br />the Street Overlay Project 1989-91; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />Santa <br /> <br />Clara, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Materials Testing and Inspection Services (Street Overlay Project <br /> <br />1989-91)", (form dated 09/28/90), a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
