<br />MSR:yc:8/17/77 <br /> <br />0 R DIN AN C E <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 718 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 2 1971 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $28,005 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF WATER FUND TO, AND APPROPRIATING $16,494 <br />FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO, GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BOND INTEREST <br />AND REDEMPTION FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of Twenty Eight Thousand Five and No/IOO <br /> <br />Dollars ($28,005.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Water Fund to the General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-64 Facilities and Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said <br /> <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1,1977 - <br /> <br />June 30, 1978, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1,1977 - June 30, 1978. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />The sum of Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Ninety- <br /> <br />four and No/IOO Dollars ($16,494.00) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to the General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 Facilities Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1977 - June 30, 1978, and shall be in addition to all sums appro- <br /> <br />priated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1,1977 - <br /> <br />June 30, 1978. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 718 <br />
