MSR:dp ;12/10/76 0 R DIN AN C E --------- N o. 1 692 ORIGINAL JAN 1 0 1977 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2, 4 AND 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1329 RELATING TO THE TERM AND FEE ESTABLISHED FOR, AND THE METHOD FOR ADJUSTING RATES FOR CO~1UNITY TELEVISION SYSTEM FRANCHISE, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1329, adopted September 18, 1967, entitled "An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance Nos. 1305 and 1307 and Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood City to Peninsula Cable Television Corporation; and Establishing Certain Conditions Therefor," is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2. Term. The term of the franchise shall be 15 years dating from the operative date of this ordinance." SECTION 2. Section 4 of the above entitled Ordinance No. 1329 is hereby amended to read as follows: Grantee shall pay to the IISection 4. Franchise Fee. City, during the life of the franchise herein granted, a sum equal to three per cent of the gross annual receipts derived from the use of the franchise. Said sum shall be paid at the time and in the manner set forth in Article V of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City." SECTION 3. Section 8 of the above entitled Ordinance No. 1329 is hereby amended to read as follows: Rate Schedule and Adjustments. Grantee shall "Section 8. follow and adhere to the provisions in Sections 11.87(c) and (d) of the Codes of the City of Redwood City, including any rules or regulations promulgated in connection therewith, 1692
