<br />DES:yc: 8/13/76 <br /> <br />0 RtGiMAl <br /> <br />AUG 23 1976 <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. 16R) <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,700.00 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF WATER FUND TO, AND APPROPRIATING $4,741.00 <br />FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO, GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BOND INTEREST <br />AND REDEMPTION FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($2,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Water Fund to the General Improvement District No. <br /> <br />1-64 Facilities and Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said sum <br /> <br />shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1,1976 - <br /> <br />June 30,1977, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1,1976 - June 30, <br /> <br />1977. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />The sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-one <br /> <br />and No/100 Dollars ($4,741.00) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund to the General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 Facilities Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1976 - June 30,1977, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1,1976 - June 30,1977. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />168 J <br />
