<br />DES:djk 0Q/l1/90 (#009/28) <br /> <br />O.....',.\P'~;\L <br />'Ul' 'I\il\ <br />f\l\:li \r <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 11398 <br /> <br />OCT 1 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />RECREATION BUILDING <br /> <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />(NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Amendment to Lease <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Community Park Recreation Building", (form dated <br /> <br />09/11/90) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and National Football <br /> <br />League Alumni Association (San Francisco Chapter), amending <br /> <br />paragraph 15 of that certain Lease Agreement between said parties <br /> <br />executed pursuant to Resolution No. 11346, adopted July 23, 1990 <br /> <br />by this Council, relating to the amount of insurance coverage <br /> <br />required thereunder, a copy of which agreement is attached <br /> <br />hereto, marked Exhibit" A", and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
