<br />MJP:dft 0~/13/90 (018/29) <br /> <br />SEP 1 7 199u <br />11392 <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />(" -'" ""\'"' <br />,-:,"!"'AL <br />V.i;W;i~d <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />PRIME LEASING, A DIVISION OF PRIME COMPUTER, INC., <br />FOR UPGRADE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Massachusetts, entitled "Equipment Lease - Prime Computer Model <br /> <br />Prime Leasing, a division of Prime Computer, Inc., of Natick, <br /> <br />6450 Upgrade and Related Equipment", a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
