S. Maltoni Trucking, of Redwood <br /> <br />of said materials, and it is the desire and intention of this <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />in the amount of Thirty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-eight <br /> <br />1. The bid of R. S. Maltoni, of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />of sand, aggregate, pea gravel and fines for the 1990-1991 Fiscal <br /> <br />and 58/100 Dollars ($39,698.58), mOre or less, for the furnishing <br /> <br />Year, in accordance with the bidder's proposal, dated July 10, <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby accepted and said <br /> <br />1990, and in accordance with the specifications therefor on file <br />
