<br />IiUPUCATE ORIGU4AJ. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FINANCIAL, INFORMATION AND <br />COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />fl day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />- <br />Ju/'1t" <br /> <br />, 2002, by and between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> <br />AUTHORITY ("Authority"), a public entity duly organized and existing under the laws of <br /> <br />the State of California, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Authority requires certain professional financial, information and <br /> <br />computer technology services relating to Authority's financial and computerized <br /> <br />operations, respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City represents that it is qualified to furnish such services in <br /> <br />accordance with the terms and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CITY'S SERVICES. City shall fumish those financial, information and <br /> <br />computer technology services set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference. Services performed by City's Director of Finance hereunder shall <br /> <br />include services as Authority's Controller pursuant to the joint exercise of powers <br /> <br />agreement establishing Authority. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Financial Services. Authority shall pay City Fifty-Eight Thousand <br /> <br />Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($58,670) for the financial services described in <br />
