<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />October 24. 2005 <br />MO RD 05-14 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 25, 2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Redevelopment Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Post Office Paseo <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7B (405) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency on October 24, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered into the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Bain/Howard to (approve) the terms of the Outlease Agreement with U.S. Postal <br />Service and authorize the Redevelopment Manager to execute same subject to the <br />hold harmless provisions approval by the Risk Manager; and (2) review, modify as <br />appropriate, and approve the conceptual design for the proposed improvements and <br />authorize staff to proceed with the necessary steps to finalize the design, prepare <br />construction drawings and obtain bids to be brought back for review and award by <br />the Agency Board. <br /> <br />The motions were passed by a unanimous roll call by all those present. <br /> <br />~~;>-~~. ~,\-~ ) <br /> <br />Patricia S.
